Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. The majority of people know me through my Instagram @annephung, where I document my life - highs, lows, and all in between. When I was just 1 and a half years old My family and I came from the United States to America. If it weren't for the hard work of my parents, I may not even be here today sharing my life with you. Since I was confident that I would be a successful person and I wanted to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. It was my plan to attend school, graduate and get an employment that was good. And then I wanted an empathetic wife and children. My idea of success was to go to college after graduation, and then find an executive job. I would then marry to buy a home and start a family. But life had different plans. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my position was not what I wanted to be. I felt as if I wasted my life for the opportunity to earn a salary. The passion I have for fitness as well as my passion for socializing with people helped me discover my dream job as an instructor. The business I started in 2014. It is my seven-year birthday this year. In the field of coaching there is a lack of Asian females. As an instructor, my aim is to motivate people to live a healthier and fulfilled life through creating viable lifestyles that are suited to each individual's needs and goals. Also, I'm dedicated to helping others become empowered so that they can achieve their goals, follow their dreams and live the life you've always wanted to live. My professional career began to take off when I experienced the greatest success of my life. But, my mom passed away just when my career took off. The eight years she fought fight with Scleroderma. Then she's in Heaven, and I remain close to her in my heart. There is a lot we can learn from our experiences, though we may not be able to spot it in the moment. In so many ways, my mom's death affected me in many ways. I honestly believe that she gave me another opportunity to live through her demise. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. The time was right for her to move on into her new chapter, and my chance to live an authentic and satisfying life. As I enter the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. I can truly say that I am living my life now, instead of merely living like I was previously. When I share my experience I hope my story will be a source of inspiration for you. It is my wish that my words can aid you in understanding that you're not alone. That you have the capacity to succeed in anything that your heart desires. I wish you to live your life to its fullest and end it without regrets because death is the only thing that is promised to us in our life.
