Lisa Vanderpump was born in London in England. She is an English actress as well as a restaurateur. Her appearances on TV shows Dancing with the stars, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and Vanderpump Rules are her most recognizable. Vanderpump grew up in London and lived for a long time at home in Monte Carlo, the south of France prior to moving to California. The career she had was highly successful throughout Europe. Since she is living in America and has a business background, her expertise has grown. She currently is the proprietor of a number of Los Angeles clubs and London bars, such as The Shadow Lounge as well as Pump The Bar Soho SUR. Recently, she took on the position of editor-in chief at Beverly Hills Magazine. Vanderpump's charitable nature can be seen by her participation in various charitable organizations. Currently she is responsible for her newly established foundation called Vanderpump Dogs. A vocal advocate for the LGBT community, Vanderpump is also serving as spokesperson for GLAAD.
